桶裝灌裝機的常規操作規程

最開始就是洗瓶，先將清洗水箱內滿水油，將需要清除白酒瓶蓋組裝機插到洗瓶位，輕觸洗瓶運作電源總開關，機械設備即自動啟動進行洗瓶工作中，保證設定清除時長(顧客可以根據白羊座空氣污染情況調節清除時長，在電機控制柜內通過一個定時器開關控制)后設備清洗工作中停止，可以進到罐裝工藝流程進行罐裝工作中。

接著就是罐裝，將清除清潔的水瓶座用手推至罐裝部位，明確罐裝水閘閥早就打開，輕觸洗瓶運作電源總開關，桶裝水灌裝機即自動啟動進行罐裝工作中，保證設定罐裝時長(顧客可以根據白羊座里邊的水能不能灌裝滿來調節罐裝時長，在電機控制柜內通過一個定時器開關控制)后機械設備罐裝工作中停止，可以進到旋蓋工藝流程進行旋蓋工作中。

最后就是旋蓋，將灌裝滿的白羊座拖至旋蓋部位，擅長放好瓶蓋在水瓶塞上，壓空氣壓力蓋桿直到飲料瓶蓋檢測機蓋卡緊才行。這時一個瓶的清除、罐裝、旋蓋工作中時長開展。
